Micheal Jackson - The King of Pop

It was usual day when I woke up, opened phone to check my twitter account There were a lot of tweets with regard to RIP - MJ. As most people love to tweet what they are tweeting, my natural intuition was that they were listening to RIP by Micheal Jackson. It was latter that I found that the Micheal Jackson had passed away. I was in somber mood to begin with. There lots of people who are in their teens and early 20's who grew up listening to his songs and trying to copy his dance moves ( Prabhu deva probably made it as a hero because of him ). He made dance such a raging phenomenon as much to do with singing. And who can forget the eternal thriller album, the first time I listened , I got goose bumps from his music.

Just to give an idea of how much interest he generated. Google got so much queries about Micheal Jackson , that it started perceive people's queries as to a one from a automated bot or spy ware and started denying people's queries initially yesterday night. Social networking site twitter crashed from the sheer number of tweets with #micheal jackson, with 200,000 tweets an hour. This interesting video on twitter trends and shows how the news of his death is captured in the words "jackson","micheal","cardiac" and "arrest" shot up to occupy the world's conversation.

Like the beatles and Presley's before him who entertained our Grand Parents and Parents , MJ set the music trend to our generation. His music will outlive him for generations like all great men's works. May the King of PoP - RIP - Rest In PoP.!!!
